New York International bridal week has gone by in a flash!  We had a successful weekend, and we are so excited to show you some of our new gowns from our new Victoria Collection.  Below you can read Angel's inspiration for his new collection!

After this passed weekends excitement on Kim Kardashian's wedding we have decided to give you the Kim look, but the Angel Rivera way!  We've got Kim Kardashian's look ladies! If you're a fan of Kim Kardashian or you're a diva who wants to change up your look on your wedding day we're making sure you have all the right inspiration and options straight from our showroom! 

Style Daniela can offer you a look very similar to the gown Kim wore on her big day!  Style Daniela is a silk taffeta ball gown with draped dropped waist bodice, crystal applique at bust line, and a beautiful cathedral length train!  The gown is simply elegant, fashionable, and timeless!

As we all know for most of the wedding ceremony guest see a lot of one thing.  The brides back! So, why not make the most of it. Get a dress with a jaw dropping back.  Our featured gown this week is style Jacky.  Jacky is a classic and elegant trumpet gown with detachable cathedral length train.  The gown has a beautiful high front neckline with an amazing plunging back!  Jacky is accented with crystal beading along the front neckline which goes around to the back!  The detachable train can be worn for the ceremony and pictures.  The train can then be removed for celebrating at the reception.  Giving the bride two looks in one gown.  Check out the photos below of style Jacky and see her amazing back!  Now this back is something your guest won't mind look at!

Day to Night!

From Day to Night this gown is just perfect!   Today’s featured dress is a gorgeous gown from our D'White collection named Lydia.  Made of lush silk chiffon and empress silk satin, Lydia can go from day to night, indoors to out.  Simply dress up or dress down with fabulous accessories, and let the dress do the rest.(Accessories on the Model below are by Thomas Knoell.) The silk chiffon on the trumpet skirt will move and flow around you.  The rouging at the waist is also very figure flattering!  Chiffon is a light and airy fabric.  This fabric is cool and great for outdoors where it can billow in the breeze. This gown is more then luxurious.  It is detailed with crystal appliques at the waist and at the assymetric shoulder strap. The chiffon sleeve can be detached from the gown.  Giving you two different looks!  Some brides have even optioned to not wear the sleeve, but to let it blow in the wind behind them.  This gown is simply beautiful.  It’s fabric, cut and style only enhances the brides natural beauty. While skirts on wedding dresses have been trending towards the narrow end, many brides are still wanting the princess ballgown. You want yards and yards of fabric in your skirt, and you want a train to trail behind you.  Angel Rivera says, why not! Go for it!  Go Big or go Home!  If you want big, and can carry it, go big! Angel Rivera Sashes!

An easy way to make your wedding dress custom and one of a kind is to add a belt, and there are endless options for size, color, dimension and sparkle. Wearing a belt can drastically change the look of a simple dress or make an elaborate dress a little more special. Unveiled, Orlando Florida

Do you ever wish there was a place to go for unlimited inspirational wedding planning that didn't cost a penny? Well, your dreams have come true! 

I was thrilled to be a part of "Unveiled" - a specialty, once in a lifetime wedding planning event for brides on April 28 at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando and featuring Hard Rock Hotel, Universal and Loews Royal Pacific Resort. This evening was filled with surprises around every corner and WOWed you! It's not your typical bridal show.  I was honored to be the featured designer for the show and we put on a full fledged New York runway show featuring my current collection.  Guest tried culinary delights and specialty beverages from some of Orlando's top chefs, browse stunning photographs with Orlando's stellar photographers, and awed by never before seen floral designs by some of the best florists in Florida.  It was a complete pleasure to be a part of this show!  P.S if your a bride getting married in Orlando check the hotels out for your occasion.  They are amazing!  Check out the video below to give you a quick glimpse of the show!

NY International Bridal Week

Anticipation was building as Angel Rivera and our team prepared for bridal market. Gowns were steamed and ready to be the center of attention. I was giddily, jazzed up by an adrenaline high that lasted the whole event. 

Every detail used to decorate the booth was carefully designed to show the feel of the collection and welcome buyers to Angel Rivera's unique style. 

It sure drew lots of attention, as Angel proudly presented each gown to clients and the crowd that stood admiringly outside the booth. Media and press took turns to interview Angel.

Angel Rivera shared with the media his passion for bridal design and his attention to detail, giving brides versatility in every gown, offering more options to transform their gown from ceremony to reception. 

His  designs are well thought out with every women's shape in mind, from the very slim to the curvaceous bride who won't comprise style on the most special day of her life. Angel Rivera's inspiration comes from the women in his life...his mother, his sisters, aunts, and friends. Having a hispanic heritage, Angel Rivera's culture is reflected in gowns like CHRISTINA (shown below), that contours the curves and tastefully embellishes them with Swarovski crystals to offer a little bit of drama.

The D'White collection had rave reviews!  International stores were particularly interested in picking up the line. They were fascinated with the opulence and elegance of his designs, the most amazing texture of silk fabrics and that "wow" factor he brings to his designs, very unique and exotic to these stores' clientele.

We will soon reveal which stores in the United States and Internationally will be carrying Angel Rivera's collection.  If you don't have a store near you.......Maybe you should request the collection!

As bridal market came to a close, Angel Rivera leaves enthusiastic with new clients who are just as eager to start showing their brides the new D'White Collection.
