Anticipation was building as Angel Rivera and our team prepared for bridal market. Gowns were steamed and ready to be the center of attention. I was giddily, jazzed up by an adrenaline high that lasted the whole event.
Every detail used to decorate the booth was carefully designed to show the feel of the collection and welcome buyers to Angel Rivera's unique style.
It sure drew lots of attention, as Angel proudly presented each gown to clients and the crowd that stood admiringly outside the booth. Media and press took turns to interview Angel.
Angel Rivera shared with the media his passion for bridal design and his attention to detail, giving brides versatility in every gown, offering more options to transform their gown from ceremony to reception.
His designs are well thought out with every women's shape in mind, from the very slim to the curvaceous bride who won't comprise style on the most special day of her life. Angel Rivera's inspiration comes from the women in his life...his mother, his sisters, aunts, and friends. Having a hispanic heritage, Angel Rivera's culture is reflected in gowns like CHRISTINA (shown below), that contours the curves and tastefully embellishes them with Swarovski crystals to offer a little bit of drama.
The D'White collection had rave reviews! International stores were particularly interested in picking up the line. They were fascinated with the opulence and elegance of his designs, the most amazing texture of silk fabrics and that "wow" factor he brings to his designs, very unique and exotic to these stores' clientele.
We will soon reveal which stores in the United States and Internationally will be carrying Angel Rivera's collection. If you don't have a store near you.......Maybe you should request the collection!
Angel Rivera said he had already began working in his new designs to be presented in the fall.
